FightFit is a multi-discipline fitness program combining elements of boxing, weight-training, high intensity interval training and functional movement. It is designed to improve strength and cardio capacity with workouts that change every day.
Our workouts typically combine boxing and kickboxing (with or without a bag), body weight exercises and weighted exercises.
Don’t worry, most of our students have never boxed before. Your certified instructor will demonstrate proper form so that you will impact the bag correctly, getting the most from the exercise while reducing your risk of injury.
FightFit can be intense if you let it be, but you’re in control of your workout. We recommend taking it slowly at first and gradually building up your repetitions and weight. Always let your trainer know if you’re new or require modifications to any of the exercises. Almost all exercises have modifications for those that have restricted movement or just need a less rigorous workout.
